We have been in La Ceiba, Honduras for 16 months. For almost that entire time we have been hosting a free weekly medical clinic in Armenia Bonito. Vital details of each person’s visit are entered into a computerized database. This past Thursday our 1000th individual from Armenia Bonito received medical treatment.
These 1000 individuals have been seen nearly 2000 times. Some have visited once and others have visited 20 times. But, we have now treated 1000 of the more then 3000 people who live in Armenia Bonito.
One thousand individuals have received personalized prayer, evangelism, individual medical consultations, health education, professional advice and free medicine.
The average person in Armenia Bonito survives on less then a few dollars a day. Most cannot afford the 35-cent bus ride into town to receive poor quality care from the public hospital. These clinics have changed the lives for many. Thank you for your prayers and financial support that have made each medical visit possible.
