Costa Rica vs. Sweden
This evening Costa Rica (ranked 70th in the world) hosted Sweden (ranked 24th in the world) in a soccer match here in San Jose, Costa Rica. The three of us and six other students from our school went to watch the game. Mike purchased the tickets 
and organized the trip.Sweden scored a goal in the early minutes of the second half and went on to win 1-0. It was a very enjoyable game to watch. Costa Rica, who was outmatched, played a very good game.
The fans at an international soccer game are half the fun. The most energetic and excited fans in the U.S. are calm and quiet compared to international soccer fans. The colorful dress, language and animation of the fans is a true site to behold.
We look forward to more soccer matches.
