Friendship, Fellowship, Food And The Gripe
After church we were invited to a friends house for a time of relaxing. Unfortunately Erin came down with the gripe (gripe literally means flu, but, is commonly translated as sickness). She stayed home with a stomach bug and Maddy and Mike went.We went to the Vaughs’ home. The Vaughns are MTW missionaries to Mexico. Also in attendance were our friends the Macys. So it was a houseful of kids and five adults. We enjoyed fajitas, iced tea and brownies. The kids had a great time and the adults and fun talking.
When we got home Erin was still in bed, but, feeling much better.
