Girls Out On The Town
On Friday our team took ten girls from the poor community of Armenia Bonito out on the town. The girls were given numerous treats that many of them have never experienced before. It was a joy to get to know the girls better and build valuable relationships with them.
The girls were treated to pizza in a restaurant. Some of the girls had never eaten in a restaurant before. After pizza it was off to get ice cream. The girls just loved it. The final stop was at the McCann’s home where the girls played games and did crafts. Our teammate, Lindsey McCann, shared Christ with the girls.
This was a special event for all of us. The Honduran girls had a great time and our team enjoyed sharing Christ’s love with the girls.
