Last Medical Clinic And English Class Of 2008
Today we went out to Armenia Bonito for our last ministry work before we leave for California and Arizona. We hosted a medical clinic in the community building in Armenia Bonito. Today we saw 33 patients in the clinic. Each of them received evangelism material, health education and free medicine. Several were prayed for.
After the clinic our team went to Niños de la Luz, the boys orphanage in Armenia Bonito, and continued teaching our twice-weekly English classes for the 25 boys. This class continues to be very well received. Many of the boys are practicing outside of class and not just reciting their Bible verse in English, but memorizing them.
On Friday we board a flight to California. We will be there for the first time in 18 months. We will be spending 2 ½ weeks in California and Arizona visiting churches, friends and family. It will be a great time to share our work with thousands of people.
