Mike In Georgia - Part 4
Mike spent Monday and Tuesday in the MTW office helping to prepare others to be missionaries.
On Monday Mike worked with 15 people attending MTW’s Vision Conference. This is an event that MTW puts on several times a year to help people better understand missions and if they want to be a missionary. Mike gave a presentation about Honduras, he sat on a panel of missionaries answering questions and he led a small group discussion about specific concerns.
On Tuesday Mike helped at MTW’s Interview and Orientation. This event was for the 12 newest MTW missionaries. It is designed to prepare them for support raising, training and ultimately the mission field. In the morning Mike gave a talk on evangelism and in the afternoon he shared about the importance of communicating with the people back home.
It was a great joy to share with future and possible missionaries.
