Mike In The U.S. Day 6 of 13
Today Mike left the house at 5:30am and got back at 11:00pm...long day.
The morning began with a 7:00am breakfast with the Missions Committee Chair at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Athens, GA. Redeemer is very active in the Great Commission both in Athens and around the world.
Mike had lunch with one of our dear friends Denise in downtown Atlanta. You may remember Denise as the wonderful friend who visited us while we were in Costa Rica. After a meal at a great Southern restaurant Denise showered us with love and gifts.
In the evening Mike met with a group of 20 at Houston Lake Presbyterian in Warner Robins, GA. This congregation will be joining us in Honduras for a short term mission trip in 2009. Mike provided them with information about our ministry and Team Honduras.
