New York City – Day 21 of 31
We had a break today from our courses. But, we didn’t take a break from our busy schedule.
We and the McCanns (our Honduras teammates) had a lunch meeting with a few missions minded folks from Redeemer Presbyterian Church. We had lunch at Dinosaur BBQ with three members of Redeemer’s Honduras missions team. Redeemer has sent a short-term missions team to La Ceiba, Honduras each of the past three years. We talked about their experiences and possible future collaboration.
In the afternoon we met with staff from Mission to the World. They talked with us about last minute paperwork and procedures that we need to complete before we leave on August 27th.
