New York City – Day 26 of 31
The last two days we listened to lectures from Jeff Marlowe and Peter Beck on cross cultural adaptability, culture shock, and leadership. They shared with us some the things we can expect in other cultures.
We listened to some great lectures and participated in some informative exercises. In addition we did some self-evaluation in order to better understand how we will react to some of the issues we are likely to face.
As part of the process we have played several creative roll playing exercises. Here we see Mike and Sean (teammate in Honduras) acting out a skit for the group.Check back frequently in July as we will be sharing lots of stories and pictures from our month in New York City.
