New York City – Day 6 of 31
In the morning we met out at Iglesia Nueva Vida in Queens. We did more work to help the church prepare for their evangelism concert in the evening
In the afternoon we returned to our “home” church where we participated in another great class on church planting by Bill Yarbrough.
After our lecture we went back out to Nueva Vida to attend their evangelism concert, Passion for Jesus. We were there almost two hours. All the singing and preaching were in Spanish. It was very interesting to see so much of Chirst’s love transcend the language barrier. We listened to lots of great praise music and listened to one of the preachers. This is the first time we have ever experienced a woman preacher, preaching in a wedding dress, who makes an alter call.Check back frequently in July as we will be sharing lots of stories and pictures from our month in New York City.
