No Swine Flu In Honduras
There are no cases of swine flu in Honduras. No positive cases have been identified and nobody has died. That does not mean it isn’t impacting the country.
Russia and China have suspended imports of pork from the U.S., Mexico and all Central American countries. This will greatly impact the country of Honduras that already boasts a 28% unemployment rate.
All passengers flying into Honduras from the U.S. or Mexico are receiving a verbal health screaming at the airport. People demonstrating flu like symptoms are being taken to the hospital for observation.
Soccer matches throughout Central America are being played in empty stadiums. The fear of large groups of people congregating into arenas has caused professional and national teams to not open the gates to spectators.
