Parasitic Worms Clinic
On Friday we hosted a free deworming clinic in Armenia Bonito. We treated 107 people for parasitic worms. We provided education, treatment and evangelism to each person. Worms are a major problem is poor and developing countries. They can cause major health problems, but are easily prevented.
Each person attending our clinic sat through a five minute class to learn about worms, their seriousness and how to prevent them. Everyone was given a single dose of Albednazal to prevent worms for six months. They all received prayer and a Spanish language evangelism tract.
Over 75 of these people were individuals we never made contact with.
