Roof Almost Ready To Go Up On Dorm
In our downtown ministry center we are building a dormitory that will sleep 60 people. This is being built so that we can accommodate more short-term mission teams from the U.S. Our immediate goal is to make the dorm livable by June 4th when the first team of the summer is scheduled to arrive.
The building will ultimately be a two-story structure, but we are trying to simply get the first floor complete in time to be used this summer. Our workers are framing the supports on the roof and getting ready to begin pouring cement. This is a major step towards our goal.
It is a long shot that the dorm is livable for this summer, but as long as financial support and prayers continue we will do our part and continue working.
