On Friday Mike finished the in-classroom portion of a class at Fuller Theological Seminary. From Monday to Friday Mike, and six other students, attended the class “Discipleship in a Postmodern World.” This was Mike’s second class toward a degree in Fuller’s Doctor of Ministry program.
Mike read 3,000 pages and wrote 35 pages before the class started. The five-day classroom portion of the course consisted of 40 hours of lecture, discussion, and debate on the topics covered in the course texts.
The Doctor of Ministry degree at Fuller is focused on discipleship, mentoring, and missions. This is all work Mike can directly apply to our missions ministry.
Mike will stay in Southern California for a few more days to speak at two more churches and spend time with his brother. Mike flies back to Central Africa on Wednesday.
