Our two short-term mission teams have seen hard rain and intense heat. Trinity Presbyterian from Pennsylvania and Grace Community from Alabama have been working hard. The combined 26 short-term missionaries are greatly benefitting our work in Armenia Bonito.
On Tuesday the group spent the entire day in Armenia Bonito. They put on a medical clinic and treated 156 patients. Many difficult diagnoses and a few sad cases, but each patient received a loving hand, health education and individual prayer. Pastor Jesús was out front all morning sharing the Gospel with individuals and groups.
On Wednesday we put on our 2nd day of medical clinic in Armenia Bonito. The residents of this poor community were blessed by amazing heart, breast and radiology specialists. They received examinations, tests and diagnoses that could not be found anywhere else in Honduras.
The non-medical group continued construction on the Guevara house in the morning and in the afternoon took 25 kids to the river.
