The nine-person team of Covenant Presbyterian from Paso Robles, CA continued to serve well in the community of Armenia Bonito.
On Monday morning the team enjoyed mild weather as they helped to construct a new house for the Guevara family. In the afternoon they helped teach an English class to 40 students. They taught verb tenses and helped the students with pronunciation while reading Bible verses.
Tuesday morning the team continued with construction on the Guevara home. After lunch the team helped host two Kids Clubs for the youth of Armenia Bonito. They did verse memorization, games, crafts and saw a skit on David being anointed by Samuel.
Monday provided unusually cool weather, but Tuesday saw a return to our typical Honduran heat. The crew from Covenant has done well with the changes.
