Hiring Assistant Director

Mike is ready to hire the third staff member for our new West Coast Missions office. Do you have any friends who would be excellent candidates?

The West Coast Hub is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director (AD). The job is a fulltime, salaried and benefited position. For the first year (possibly longer), the AD will work from home and communicate frequently with Mike (the Director) and David (the Administrative Assistant) via phone, Zoom, and e-mail. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the PCA, MTW, and a strong missions background. The ideal candidate will have strong cultural and geographic awareness of CA, NV, & AZ and must reside in the region if hired. The AD will work with Mike and David to promote missions throughout the region. Travel should be expected. Organizational skills, event planning, and creative problem solving are important. The ideal candidate will have a heart and experience for teaching, training and mentoring. Please submit resumes to Mike by January 31st.
