We are pleased to announce the addition of the Cain family to Team Honduras. The Cains will be joining us here in La Ceiba, Honduras as fulltime missionaries. They have committed to a two-year stay to start with.

Adam and Michelle Cains have two children: Jacob and Asher. Adam is from Phoenix, Arizona and Michelle grew up in Plano, Texas. They met at Texas Christian University where Adam received a degree in Religion and Michelle in Habilitation of the Deaf. After college, Michelle and Adam married and moved to Waxahachie, Texas for Adam’s job working with at-risk teens at the Presbyterian Children’s Home while Michelle taught hearing impaired students in the public school system. God has now called them to join our team in La Ceiba, Honduras.

Between them, the Cains have participated in short-term mission trips to Tennessee, California, Colorado, Utah, New York, Washington, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras and Uganda. We love the idea of adding experienced missionaries. Before joining us fulltime in Honduras the Cains still must attend MTW training, raise all their financial support and attend a year of language school.
